Ms. Candice Murton is Assistant Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of RF Bank & Trust, having been appointed to the role in 2025. She brings over 13 years of experience across auditing, accounting, financial reporting, and the implementation of internal control and risk frameworks within global financial institutions.
In her current role, Ms. Murton is responsible for designing and overseeing the processes and systems that enable RF Bank & Trust to operate at global standards. She leads the integration of new banking systems to ensure the Bank remains agile, resilient, and competitive in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
She works closely with executive leadership to strengthen operational governance and foster strong stakeholder relationships in support of the Bank’s continued growth. Her appointment is subject to regulatory approval.
