Caution and opportunity related to global finance and investment were the subject matter at RF’s quarterly Investor Forum held recently at BahaMar.
At the recent quarterly RF Merchant Bank & Trust (Bahamas) Limited Investor Forum clients learnt of the newly introduced and simplified way of investing in United States securities using RF’s Global Invest service. The investment management service streamlines the application procedure including the Central Bank dollar exchange process, and facilitates the broadening of clients’ investment options to include international securities.
RF has been managing international securities portfolios since the early 2000’s and with the introduction of the concierge-style Global Invest the process is now easier. The Central Bank recently reduced the cost of purchasing investment dollars from 12.5% to 5% driving more RF clients to investigate the opportunities.
