RF Bank & Trust is proud to support Beacon Farms, a local non-profit organization dedicated to transforming lives through sustainable agriculture and recovery programs.

Through sponsoring rehabilitation and training for Beacon Farms residents, as well as garden beds that contribute to the farm’s ongoing operations, RF is helping provide meaningful employment, hands-on agricultural skills, and a supportive environment for individuals in recovery from substance abuse. This partnership also aids in the farm’s mission to promote sustainable farming practices that strengthen food security in the Cayman Islands.

This sponsorship reflects RF Bank & Trust’s corporate philanthropy pillars of Health and Environmental Stewardship — promoting wellness through rehabilitation while supporting initiatives that protect and preserve the natural environment.

“Beacon Farms is doing remarkable work to empower individuals while advancing sustainable agriculture in the Cayman Islands,” said Julian Phiri, RF Financial Advisor. “Supporting this initiative aligns perfectly with our commitment to creating lasting, positive change in the communities we serve.”

Rachael Allahar, AVP of Marketing at RF Bank & Trust, added, “Corporate Cayman has an important role to play in building stronger, more resilient communities. We are proud to give back in a way that creates real impact and hope others will join us in supporting the invaluable work Beacon Farms is doing.”

Beacon Farms operates on 34 acres in the Cayman Islands, offering training in advanced farming techniques such as mechanized farming, hydroponics, soil analysis, and seed propagation. Its work not only transforms lives but also contributes to a healthier, more sustainable future.
