BRIDGETOWN, Barbados – Leading investment bank and wealth manager RF Merchant Bank & Trust (Barbados) Limited (RF) has strengthened its commitment to youth empowerment through an expanded partnership with WizdomCRM—the Caribbean developer whose increasingly popular digital education tool, the Sustainable Stock Market Artificial Intelligence (AI) Game, has enabled over 16,500 students region-wide to gain hands-on experience managing virtual portfolios linked to local and international markets.

Through RF’s expanded sponsorship, 302 students at Harrison College now join 477 of their peers from the Lodge School and Combermere School, whom RF have supported across consecutive cycles following an initial sponsorship last October in honour of World Investor Month.

As part of the renewed partnership, RF Senior Brokerage Manager Lamar Goring led a financial literacy school tour last Friday in tandem with WizdomCRM and the Ministry of Education Transformation. In a fitting finish to financial literacy month, observed globally each April, the team delivered interactive financial empowerment sessions to the secondary schools supported by RF.

The tour highlighted the regional bank’s emphasis on youth empowerment—a key component of its community impact strategy—while marking a significant step forward on the road to creating a more digitally and financially literate Caribbean.

“We are pleased to be supporting young Barbadians on their educational and financial journeys,” said Goring. “We share WizdomCRM’s commitment to empowering Caribbean students through tools that celebrate their unique standpoints, and we will continue to stand behind transformative initiatives like the stock market game, which uplift the communities we serve.”

Underscoring the impactful nature of the partnership, WizdomCRM leadership noted:

“This partnership demonstrates what becomes possible when financial institutions, education systems, and technology platforms work together with intentionality. Through artificial intelligence, financial literacy, and real-world market concepts, we are not only strengthening student engagement, but helping to shape a generation that is more confident, analytical, and prepared for the future of work, economic participation, and long-term national development.”
