NASSAU, The Bahamas – In one of its largest promotional exercises to date, RF Group (RF) has announced eight executive-level appointments across its regional network. The promotions come as RF, a leading investment bank and wealth manager, continues to strengthen service delivery, enhance in-house expertise, and expand its footprint across the Caribbean.

Spanning the full breadth of RF’s core functions—including financial governance, product and business development, human resources, marketing, and customer service—the leadership appointments reinforce the regional bank’s commitment to delivering best-in-class financial solutions to its clients. With women making up seven of the eight executive appointments, the move also marks a watershed moment for women’s empowerment in the financial services sector.

“At RF, we strive to deliver premier service,” said Group Executive Chairman Michael Anderson. “These strategic appointments are as much a celebration of our staff as they are a commitment to perfecting the client experience across our regional network.”

Gerhard Beukes, VP & Head of Funds & Investment Banking, leads the promotions with the additional appointment to RF Bahamas Chief Executive Officer, effective February 26, 2026. Beukes will continue to build out RF’s Investment Funds and Investment Banking areas, solidifying its standing as the investment bank of choice. Beukes brings a distinguished track record of international private equity and corporate leadership to the role. During his career, he has managed companies and held positions in a wide range of sectors and successfully executed transactions valued at over $2 billion in 12 countries. He has served in pivotal senior executive capacities, navigating complex negotiations with both private and public sector counterparts.

Alongside this appointment, RF Group proudly congratulates:

  • Candice Murton-Catalyn, VP & Chief Financial Officer, who will continue to optimise operational efficiency and oversee financial strategy for the Group.
  • Shervanna Deleveaux, VP & Chief Human Resources Officer, who will continue to align talent with business objectives, shoring up capacity for the next stage of growth.
  • Rachael Allahar, VP & Chief Marketing Officer, who will continue to advance the Group’s strategic goals by leading its marketing, branding, and communications arms.
  • Frances Anderson, AVP, Financial Controller, who will restructure and scale financial governance within the Group.
  • Tiffany Gibson, AVP, Business Development & Private Wealth, who will strengthen customer service and engagement across the Group.
  • Dionne Best, AVP, Business Development & Barbados Country Head (subject to regulatory approval), who will spearhead expansion across the Caribbean.
  • Janeen Bethel, AVP, International Investments & Banking, who will expand country-specific product offerings.

Attracting and developing top-level talent remains a key feature of RF’s expansion and service enhancement strategy as it seeks to broaden its business scope across the wider Caribbean. Beyond the eight executive-level appointments, further promotions and hirings were carried out at the non-executive level to support operational restructuring and workflow optimisation.

As a premier employer, RF continues to treat professional development as a company-wide imperative. The regional bank champions lifelong learning, both internally and externally, and regularly delivers complimentary educational resources to its staff, clients, and broader communities across the Caribbean.
