Gerhard brings more than 20 years of experience in investment and transactions across a wide range of industries and geographies, often serving as a senior executive. He has overseen companies and assets valued at over $800 million and executed transactions totaling more than $2 billion for a diverse clientele, including ultra-high-net-worth families and multinational corporations. Gerhard has successfully led acquisitions, management or disposals in the real estate, hospitality, retail, financial services, and renewable energy sectors in 12 countries. He relocated to the Bahamas over 10 years ago, continuing to leverage his expertise in complex transactions and management positions. He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and a CFA Charter holder.
