With a Master of Science in Actuarial Science from Heriot Watt University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus (First Class Honours), Nikita is a qualified Associate Actuary with the Society of Actuaries, Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, and the Caribbean Actuarial Association.

Nikita's expertise spans life insurance, regulatory compliance, financial health, wealth management, and investments. Lamar Goring is the Manager of Brokerage services at RF Merchant Bank & Trust and has over 12 years’ experience in the investment banking sector. His knowledge spans across the local bond and equity market, mutual fund administration, pension and investment services. Lamar holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance with honours from the University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus, 2011 and he won the broker of the year award in 2017 from the Barbados Stock Exchange in their annual competition.
