Allan Shine is a Certified Financial Planner® Professional with 17 years of experience internationally. He is an expert in all fields related to Holistic Financial Planning for individuals, trusts, and companies. This includes Long-term and Short-term Insurance, Health Insurance, Wealth Management, Retirement Planning, Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning, Employee Benefits, Portfolio Management, and Cross Border Financial Planning.
Allan founded and served as Managing Director of two licensed financial services providers, including TSC Financial Services Ltd. (RF Advisors), CIMA License 1812403, which was bought by RF Bank & Trust (Cayman) Limited in 2022. He now heads up RF Advisors as the Manager of Financial Advisory Services and Business Development.
His vision is to offer both high net worth and retail clients a wide range of local and international investment solutions, with a focus on financial planning.
Tishan Conolly

Tishan Conolly, a proud Caymanian, juggles multiple roles including mother, wife, business owner, community volunteer, and Operations Associate at Cayman Finance Ltd.
With 12+ years of operational experience in both private and public sectors, she founded Conolly Concierge & Consulting in 2019, focusing on operations-centric services. Despite managing studies and multiple jobs, she excelled academically, earning scholarships, Dean’s List placements, and awards during her Bachelor’s in Management studies. Recognized as a 'Proud of Them' recipient by the Cayman Islands Government, she was the top graduate in her University Graduating Class of 2016.
Tishan, known for her financial acumen, aims to gain and share investing insights with her fellow Caymanians.
